COMMERCIAL law firm Taylors Solicitors has appointed Chris Scott to its Blackburn office.
Mr Scott previously worked for Liverpool’s DWF LLP and on the Tithebarn project in Preston.

Taylors Solicitors is based in Exchange Street.
