Paul cuts the ribbon, much to the delight of Jason and Carolyn
AN EDUCATION and activity centre for people with disabilities was officially opened by Clarets’ chief executive Paul Fletcher.
Jason and Carolyn Smith, who live in Crawshawbooth, have opened the Charter House Education and Activity Centre in Saunder Bank, Burnley, after becoming disillusioned at the lack of facilities available for people.
