MITTON gastropub the Three Fishes has been named as the UK’s most baby and toddler-friendly restaurant.
Based on feedback from more than 8,000 regular restaurant-going parents with help from baby food company Plum, and parenting site gurgle.com, the new Harden’s guide is aimed at helping families find a place to eat that will keep everyone happy.
The Three Fishes, run by East Lancashire chef Nigel Howarth, is described in the guide as ‘a fabulously successful gastropub... well geared up for younger customers – the children’s menu is more extensive than usual’.
It also notes that the ‘adult choice is impressive too’.
The guide tells parents what to expect at each venue, such as facilities like high chair availability and baby changing areas.
The guide is available for £6.99 at Mothercare stores, and online at Plum, Mothercare and Early Learning Centre’s websites.
