A CANNABIS factory with an estimated street value of up to £17,600 has been discovered at a house in Burnley.
Police uncovered 44 plants at the address in Arley Street. It came after concerns raised by members of the public to the local police.
A 40-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis and has been released on police bail until 9 May, pending inquiries.
