FORMER Blackburn Rovers captain Garry Flitcroft is flying in one of the world’s top architects to deliver a presentation on his latest property development.
The ex-midfielder has secured planning permission for a cluster of Huf Haus homes on the site of the former Victoria Mill in Chapeltown, Edgworth.
Peter Huf devised the futuristic concept, a buyer-designed kit house developed in Germany, which features ecologically-friendly technology.
Seven plots of land are now available, with prices starting at £350,000.
Mr Huf will attend an open day at the Last Drop Village Hotel from 11am to 3pm on Sunday.
He will deliver two presentations, at 11.30am and 1pm.
