A CONVICTED football hooligan who came clean about not surrendering his passport has been given a final warning.
Manchester United fan Gino Raffaelle Mancini, 21, was given a three year football banning order by Bury magistrates for running on to the Old Trafford pitch last August.
But under the terms of his ban he also forgot to sign on at Waterfoot police station, during United’s game versus Valencia in Spain, on September 29.
Mancini, of Haworth Avenue, Rawtenstall, admitted breaching a football banning order and was conditionally discharged by Rossendale magistrates, with £85 court costs.
