A DRUNKARD who smashed his mum's window after she asked him to leave had a string of alcohol-fuelled incidents behind him, but was working in a pub, a court heard.
Daniel Riley, 19, father of a two-year-old child, struck whilst subject to a suspended jail term for affray and was staring custody in the face.
Riley, of Grove Street, Oswaldtwistle, admitted damage in breach of the suspended order and had been commited to Burnley Crown Court for sentence by Blackburn magistrates.
He was given a 12 month community order with 40 hours unpaid work and must pay £120 compensation.
The 26 week term, suspended for 18 months, was extended to 21 months.
Daniel King, for Riley, said his behaviour had been reckless.
He was banging on the window because he had been locked out of the house.
He was now working in Wetherspoons.
