CHARGE: Mr Todd's badly decomposed body leaving the flat.
DAVID Fielding, 25, of Lynthorpe Road, Blackburn, was last night charged with the murder of a man whose badly decomposed body was found in a Clayton-le-Moors flat.
James Christopher Todd, 27, was found in Rutland Close, on Monday.
A post mortem examination found he was killed by a single stab wound to the heart.
Fielding is due to appear before Hyndburn Magistrates' Court this morning.
