A PRINCE’S Trust charity and retail giant John Lewis are teaming up with the fashion department at Burnley College to stage a catwalk show.
Arts and Business, one of HRH The Prince of Wales’ charities, will work with students at the college to help them prepare and deliver a professional fashion production.
Claire Barlow, regional manager at Arts and Business, said: “This partnership will help to bring another facet to the continued regeneration of Burnley.
“John Lewis have demonstrated a fantastic desire to develop its links with arts and culture and we are pleased that they have chosen to do this in Burnley with the support of Arts and Business.
“The expertise that the company can give to the students is invaluable and we know that this will be reflected in their work.”
On the day of the show in November the John Lewis team will assist to ensure the event runs smoothly.
