Newsquest Northwest has teamed up with Judy Totton Publicity to promote this great competition to our readers. Enter now for your chance to win one of five pairs of tickets to see the incredible Charlie Landsborough when he plays Guildhall Theatre in Preston on October 24 as part of his forthcoming Autumn tour. The tour runs across the UK from October 6 – November 14 and tickets are on sale now.
Charlie first shot to fame with the evocative What Colour Is the Wind and his music, which ranges from inspirational to country, from ballad to anthem, always hits the spot. He has dedicated fans the world over, even as far afield as Australia where he tours later this year.
Charlie and his five-piece band are well known for keeping concertgoers enthralled. His engaging anecdotes captivate audiences wherever he performs - he is as entertaining as he is melodic and there’s always a good dose of humour thrown in.
On September 6, Charlie released a limited edition version of his latest album Nothing Lasts Forever which includes a 60 minute documentary entitled Shine Your Light and a full live performance which was filmed at the University Concert Hall in Limerick, Ireland. He also recently released his keenly awaited autobiography, Storyteller which has done so well already that the publishers are already planning a reprint.
