Feast your Eyes at the Halo
"Feast your Eyes at the Halo" is a special evening of picnicking, art work, live music and kite flying taking place on the evening of the 18th September at Top O Slate the location of Haslingden's Panopticon.
Bread Art Collective will working on a project involving hundreds of lights on the hill as part of the event.
