CROWDS swooped on rural Ribble Valley on Saturday for the Hodder Valley Agricultural Show.
The show, at Boarsden Farm, Newton, prides itself on being a traditional agricultural and horticultural show and a day out for all the family.
Julie Bennett, secretary of the the Hodder Valley Agricultural and Horticultural Society, said the day was a success despite late changes.
“The weather did its best to disrupt the plans but we made a few last-minute arrangements to stage the event safely and get the exhibitors and trade stands in place,” she said.
“Everyone I have spoken to was impressed with the show and the entertainment. It was a very successful day.”
Ribble Valley teenager Tim Ankers, who appeared on BBC’s Junior Apprentice, also manned a stall for Bowland Stoves.
