A LONGRIDGE woman who was crowned the first Michael Winner’s Dining Star has launched her own website to sell the chocolate brownies which paved her way to success in the ITV show.
Justine Forrest was crowned champion after wowing the diners with her spicy butternut squash soup, steak and kidney pie, chocolate fudge cake, and chocolate brownies, in March.
Now she is selling her brownies on www.browniesbyjustineforrest.com and at the Silk Coffee shop, in Market Place, Longridge.
