Young Ribble Valley heroes honoured
Ribble Valley’s young achievers and community champions were honoured at a ceremony in Clitheroe.
The annual Ribble Valley Sports, Sports and Community Awards were presented at a glittering ceremony at the Grand.
Awards went to the area’s best clubs, coaches, volunteers and community champions.
MC was broadcaster Peter Stevenson and the awards were presented by deputy mayor Simon Hore, council leader Michael Ranson and Robert Thompson, chairman of the council’s community committee.
