Spice Up National Vegetarian Week
National Vegetarian Week raises awareness of vegetarian food and the benefits of cutting out meat from your diet. Newsquest Northwest has joined forces with Shana to promote this competition. Our lucky readers have the chance to win hamper full of delicious Shana Foods in this easy to enter giveaway.
Many of us aren’t aware of the different foods available for vegetarians. It’s not all flavorless lettuce leaves and tofu disguised as meat. As a member of the Vegetarian Society, Shana creates a pure vegetarian range of Indian products that are full of authentic flavours and very quick and easy to cook.
Using only the finest ingredients, no flavouring, colouring or preservatives, Shana’s frozen meals can be popped into the freezer and simply whipped up when you’re hungry, making meal times easier. Choose from a delicious selection of frozen vegetables, frozen snacks including vegetable samosas, traditional frozen flatbreads, garlic parathas and chapattis or delicious biriyanis.
Visit www.shana.tv for more inspirational recipes and discover a new way to enjoy National Vegetarian Week.
