History of Halo
If you look opposite the "Old Lamp" on Bury Road, Haslingden you will now find a fixture dedicated to the "History of the Halo". That is the miniature Panopticon that overlooks Haslingden at Top o'Slate and is supposed to glow earily at night time......Hmmm
