Health Centre Cutbacks
Haslingden Health Centre looks likely to miss out on a major upgrade as it becomes one of the first victims of the NHS spending freeze. The £350,000 upgrade was due to start this year. A warm thank you to all bankers and the politicians who of course weren't going to let the NHS suffer as a result of the recession.
