A MAN was taken to hospital with head injuries after a three-car smash on the M65 this morning.
At least three cars were said to be involved in the crash on the eastbound carriageway near junction 3 at 8.20am.
Paramedics attended the scene and the man was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital for treatment.
A spokesman for North West Ambulance Service said five other people were involved in the crash but they did not need to attend A&E.
