Blackburn Town Hall's lights fantastic for World Cup
BLACKBURN Town Hall is lighting the way during the World Cup in the colours of each team.
Council bosses are illuminating the Victorian building in the colours of the teams’ flags, starting with England’s Saint George cross.
Its low energy LED lights will be used for the display, which starts every night at 8pm.
