A WORRIED owner has been reunited with her pet python after he disappeared for five days.
Stacey Howarth posted advertisements appealing for information about three-year-old snake Irwin.
Irwin, who is described by his owner as ‘very placid’, is now back where he belongs after his owner discovered him under the floorboards at her Lancaster Street home in Blackburn.
Stacey said: “I got some funny responses when I advertised him as missing.
"One lady wanted to know if he was likely to be anywhere near her street.
“Another message I got was very nice, telling me to visit a website which had tips on how to find missing snakes and the sort of places they like to hang out in.”
