CASH is available to help groups across Pendle set up projects which will tackle crime and anti social behaviour in their neighbourhoods.
Pendle Community Safety Partnership has set up the Local Area Grants Scheme for new community safety projects in all parts of the borough.
Groups can bid for up to £4,000 for projects aimed at reducing crime and the fear of crime in their area.
Coun Ann Kerrigan, Pendle Council's Executive Member for Community Safety, said: "We're keen to have a sustainable approach to beating crime, involving local people in setting up projects in their areas."
Bids must show they are aimed at reducing crime or anti-social behaviour, tackling drugs, or improving road safety and must be from groups individuals and businesses cannot apply.
Colne and District and West Craven applications have to be submitted by Wednesday, June 14.
Nelson, Brierfield and Reedley, Barrowford and Western Parishes applications have to be in by Monday, June 19.
