ANGELS Reunited celebrates its fifth birthday on May 28 with a special night at XS nightclub in Burnley.
Former Angels regular Stu Allan will be appearing during the night, which aims to create the feel of the original Angels nightclub which was an institution in Burnley for many years.
Angels Reunited started as a charity fundraiser at the Club Royale in Waterfoot and enjoyed such success that it moved to the 500 capacity Qube club in Rawtenstall.
The night re-emerged at a capacity XS on Boxing Day 2005.
For the anniversary party on Sunday, the club will undergo a full transformation complete with stages, laser shows, pyrotechnics, a luxury hot tub and plenty of birthday surprises.
Also DJ-ing in the main room will be local hero Jane Angel, alongside Andy Parker and Kristan on percussion.
A second room will feature a totally different sound with the live band New Breed of Monkey, alongside DJ Chris Allan spinning cheesy disco classics from those early Angels days.
Anyone bringing an original Angels Flyer or ticket will receive a complimentary CD from the night.
Angels Reunited is at XS nightclub in Burnley on Sunday, May 28. Advance tickets, priced £8, are available from Astonishing Sounds in Burnley or Craig on 07766 514947. Tickets will be available on the door at a premium.
