A NEW art gallery has been opened in Ribchester.
Artist and entrepreneur Angela Wakefield has spent six months getting the gallery, Ascot Studios, at Bee Mill on Preston Road, off the ground.
The facility will act as an outlet for local artists and a venue for the public to view and buy original art.
The current exhibition started this week and will run throughout the summer, featuring the work of 15 local artists in a variety of styles.
Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 5pm.
