POLICE called to a Blackburn address saw a man climbing out of a first floor bedroom window before running off.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Lee Biggs was detained after a short chase and placed in the back of a police car while officers established what was happening.
But he became agitated and aggressive and was eventually arrested for a breach of the peace.
Biggs, 26, of Kinross Walk, Blackburn, was bound over in the sum of£25 to keep the peace for three months after magistrates found there had been a breach of the peace.
Eddie Harrison, prosecuting, said Biggs had repeatedly kicked the door of the police vehicle in an attempt to get out and when he was removed and held against another car he tried to head-butt the rear windscreen.
