BUSINESSWOMAN and mum Jayne Harris swapped life in Burnley for a taste of the Outer Hebrides when she appeared in the cult Wife Swap series.
Jayne, 29, of Hargher Street, left her family, Sasha, nine, Max, six, and partner, Martin, for the lifestyle swap show broadcast on Channel 4 last night.
She is now said to be in negotiations with a national tabloid newspaper to talk about her experiences and the impact they have had on her children.
Television crews filmed Jayne's counterpart, from the Isle of Lewis, enjoying aspects of her life in Burnley, trying beauty treatments and shopping, as well as socialising and arranging a sleepover for Sasha.
On the remote Scottish island, Jayne, who worked in the Tesco store in Burnley before opening The Big Pink Shop, in Westgate, said she mostly spent her time doing voluntary work and walking.
