A man who glassed a victim in a vicious attack in Blackburn is behind bars for four and a half years.
Michael Moorcroft, 24, was also given a year's extended licence by Judge Alan Taylor at Burnley Crown Court.
The defendant, of Sanden Street, admitted wounding Peter Lewis, criminal damage, affray, police assault and resisting arrest.
His brother John Moorcroft, 23, of Stansfield Street, pleaded guilty to affray. He was fined £250 with £150 costs.
