PC Andrew Baldwin
A NEW recruit has joined the policing ranks in Colne.
PC Andrew Baldwin has become the new community beat manager for the Vivary Bridge area of the town.
His beat will include the North Valley Estate, Alkincoats Park, Barrowford Road and Red Lane.
PC Baldwin was born in Colne and has been an officer for 10 years, mostly in Pendle.
He has also worked on CID and was part of the fortress team which targets persistent offenders such as burglars and car thieves.
