BURNLEY College's student services team has been selected as one of the finalists in the Public Servants of the Year Awards.
Representatives will now attend an awards ceremony to be held in London in May at the Grosvenor Park Hotel, hosted by Sir Trevor McDonald.
The winner of each category at the awards will receive a donation to a charity of their choice.
The team was nominated by the college's senior management because of the outstanding advice, guidance and support it provides for students.
Student services manager Denise Hartley said: "I'm delighted that the team has been nominated and selected as a finalist at the awards.
"They are dedicated to providing the best service possible for our students and I'm extremely proud of them."
