ROSSENDALE businesses are being offered a free guide to help boost customer satisfaction through the use of broadband.
The event, which is being held at Kingfisher Business Centre in Rawtenstall, on Wednesday, April 12, is being hosted by the Lancashire Digital Development Agency as part of a long-term plan to help local businesses get a better understanding of the benefits of broadband.
Delegates will be given the chance to complete their own personalised workbooks and tailored plans, compiled with the help of industry experts, which will plot out the best route to take to ensure customer satisfaction.
Jane La of the LDDA said: "These workshops are a must for any small business looking to stay ahead of the competition.
"We will have experts on hand to answer questions and address any concerns, so anyone with a moderate understanding of ICT will benefit."
For more details of the event, which starts at 10.45am, contact Simon Westgate on 01254 356488.
