A TASTE of the continent came to town as Barnoldswick staged a French market.
The renamed Barnoldswick and West Craven Chamber of Trade is bringing a touch of Gallic flair to the event which continues this weekend.
And pupils from the town's primary school have already visited the market to find out more about French life as part of a project on the country.
Stalls will be throughout the town today and tomorrow. Items on offer include food, clothing, bags and leather goods Pictured trying the jam is Amelia Pollard, aged six.
