A 21-YEAR-OLD man stopped by police because he was drinking in a Clitheroe town centre street was found to have three small bags of cocaine.
Simon David Hartley, of Trafford Gardens, Barrow, was fined £100 with £55 costs by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to possession of the drug.
Graham Parkinson, defending, said it was a small quantity of cocaine for his client's own use.
