EAST Lancashire firms are being asked "How Prepared is Your Business" for new regulations on noise and vibration at work.
The Health and Safety Executive is holding two half-day sessions, at the City of Manchester Stadium. The sessions, on Thursday, March 23, are aimed at those responsible for managing risk, including managers, safety advisers and safety representatives.
They will focus on new EU-based regulations which require employers to manage the disabling, yet preventable, risks of noise-induced hearing loss and hand/arm vibration syndrome.
To reserve places, call Trevor Bates on 0161 624 1444.
