And Basharat Ditta, defending, told Blackburn magistrates that looking back his client might have used some superior Vulcan intelligence.' Wayne Joyce, 27, of St Peter Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to theft from HMV.
He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £65 costs.
