CLITHEROE Castle museum will be marking the half-term week with a series of events celebrating our weather.
Starting this Sunday, the weather-themed week will see youngsters create their own weather maps, rainbows and wind scales.
On the day youngsters can celebrate the anniversary of the weather map by making a weather forecaster.
The sessions will be held from 1pm to 2pm and 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
On Tuesday, February 21, children can find out how rainbows are formed, then create their own.
These workshops will be held from 11.30am to 12.30pm, from 1pm to 2pm and from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
The final event, on Friday, February 24, will see children create their own wind spiral and wind scale to help them measure wind speed.
These sessions will be held from 11.30am to 12.30pm, from 1pm to 2pm and from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
All sessions are for accompanied youngsters only, cost £1.75 and booking is essential.
