TEN cannabis plants were discovered by police who launched a drugs raid on a industrial unit near Feniscowles.
Officers also found half of a car they believe had been stolen last year as well as high-tech equipment at the building in Finnington Lane, close to junction three of the M65.
The owner of the unit has been spoken to by police and eliminated from the inquiry as police stressed he had nothing to do with the drugs.
Officers are now trying to trace who was behind the cultivation of cannabis.
Police from the support unit and community beat office raided the unit at 11.20am yesterday.
Sergeant Joe Worden said they were acting from tip-offs from the public.
He added: "Cannabis has been downgraded but it is still illegal and there are still some concerns about the mental health effects of it."
