PEOPLE in Pendle are being encouraged to be artistic with their unwanted rubbish.
Pendle Council's roving art exhibition has moved from Colne Town Hall to Colne library where it will stay until January 27.
The event showcases work of talented youngsters who created pictures and sculptures from waste paper, crisp packets, textiles, straws, tins, bottles and anything else they could find.
Councillors hope visitors will not only enjoy the artwork but be inspired to create their own and add it to the exhibition as it travels around the borough over the next three months.
Coun John David, executive member for the environment said: "This Recycle into Art exhibition is designed to be different from the usual exhibitions.
"The work you see is not the final presentation, because the aim of this exhibition is for people to add to it as it travels around Pendle.
"Please take time to come and have a look and why not have a go yourself."
Youngsters who take part will get recycled colouring pencils while adults will be given a notebook.
