A teenager charged after the death of a pedestrian in Bacup, has again had his trial adjourned.
Kieran John Fletcher, 19, of Blackburn Road, Oswaldtwistle is facing a charge of driving without due care and attention after an incident on Burnley Road on January 14, 2005.
Bacup grandmother Lynda Walters, 56, died from her injuries after allegedly being hit by a Citroen Saxo allegedly driven by Fletcher while she was walking her dog.
Fletcher has yet to enter a plea on the charge and will appear at Burnley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
