Pupils from an Accrington primary school attended a prestigious ceremony in London after winning a national competition.
The Year 1 youngsters at Woodnook Primary were chosen from thousands of entrants to attend the 21st Nestle Children's Book Prize awards at the British Library.
The 27 children, all aged five, were among 150 chosen to be judges for the book prize, and were special guests at the awards ceremony to watch the authors receiving their prizes.
