Two of Burnley younger players have received international call-ups for their country.
Northern Ireland striker Kyle Lafferty, who was recalled from a loan spell at Darlington earlier this week, has been called into the U21 squad for their 'International Challenge Match' against Wales next week.
That game takes place on Tuesday February 28 at Llanelli AFC and the 18-year-old will be hoping to make his first appearance for the U21s after being forced to withdraw from the previous squad through injury.
Also, teenage defender Martin Reilly has been called into the Republic Of Ireland U19 squad for an international friendly tournament in La Manga, Spain.
The Republic will face Scotland (February 27), Norway (March 1) and Finland (March 3) in the competition.
