A BOWLING club has been given the power to play into the evenings thanks to a grant.
The Grant Arms bowling club in Market Place appealed to Ramsbottom Area Board board for help towards the purchase of a generator to supply power.
The whole project cost is £780 with installation and initial running costs. The generator itself costs £550 which the board agreed to fund.
