THE mother of a mum-of-13 who claims nearly £25,000-a-year in handouts today told her daughter: "Get your act together."
Jean Morris said she wanted Ellen Morris to get a job instead of spending her money on booze.
She spoke out after daughter Ellen, 40, of Duckworth Street, Barrowford, told a national newspaper she was going to have more children in an attempt to get Pendle Council to move her from her three bedroom terrace into a six bedroom house. Mrs Morris said: "My husband works six days a week from 7am until he finishes and she is on £5,000 more than us!
"We have tried telling her to get a job. She needs to get her act together."
But Mrs Morris, who lives in the same street as her daughter, added: "The sooner she moves the better."
Living in the family home which has no front door handle and graffiti on the door are Liam, 16, Nicole, 15, Kieley, 13, Ryan, 11, Nathan, nine, Jordan, eight, Corey, seven, Leah, five, and Beckham, four.
Mother-of-three Zoe 21, Jason, 20, Kieran, 18, and Aaron, 17, who recently joined the Army are believed to have moved out.
Ellen Morris was said to claim £470-a-week in benefits when she appeared in court for motoring offences in December, when the court was told she was already banned for drink driving.
Then she was hit with a parenting order for failing to send her children to school.
The Evening Telegraph reported how Lancashire County Council, backed by bodies including police and Pendle Council, secured the parenting order after Miss Morris admitted failing to send three of her children to school over a six month period.
She is among only a handful of people in Britain to be served with the maximum 12-month order, aimed at curbing her family's loutish behaviour.
In January Miss Morris was also fined £700 by Reedley magistrates after being found guilty of 23 separate offences of playing loud music.
Mrs Morris said her daughter was given an extra £100 a week from her daughter Zoe, 21, and son Aaron, 17, on top of her benefits.
"She gets £200 a week from Zoe and Aaron, £290 a week in income support, £120 in child allowance, £40 for council tax and £81 for school dinners when she doesn't even send the children to school."
