Blackburn Rovers will today continue their fight today for a £4million insurance pay-out after striker Martin Dahlin's career was ended by injury.
The club has been battling it out over a back injury it claims the Swedish player suffered after colliding with another player in 1997.
The insurers refused to pay out, claiming Dahlin suffered from "degenerative disc disease" before the accident.
The club however claimed the pre-accident condition was normal for a man of his age within top professional football.
Mrs Justice Dobbs will decide the case at London's High Court.
