Liverpool indie five-piece The Zutons are back with a new single, album and a tour that's coming to Preston on May 6.
The band start their long-awaited return with the release of a new single Why Won't You Give Me Your Love? through Deltasonic on April 3.
That's taken from the band's upcoming album Tired Of Hangin' Around, the follow-up to Who Killed The Zutons, which has sold over 600,000 copies in the UK and spawned five Top 40 singles Pressure Point, You Will You Won't, Remember Me, Don't Ever Think and Confusion.
Tired Of Hangin' Around was produced by Stephen Street, who is famed for his work with The Kaiser Chiefs and The Smiths. Songs earmarked for the album include Valerie, Oh Stacey Look What You've Done! and It's The Little Things We Do.
After appearances last year at the V & Glastonbury Festivals and huge shows with U2, Oasis, REM and The Killers, The Zutons are now back on a headline tour that features four north west gigs - Manchester, Stoke and Carlisle as well as Preston.
The Zutons play the Guild Hall in Preston on Saturday, May 6. Tickets are £16 from 0871 2200 260.
