BLACKBURN Rovers have struck a substantial sponsorship deal with a top international firm.
Nordic-based internet betting company Bet24.com has agreed a three-year deal to be the club's principal sponsor, believed to be worth £6million.
The Bet24.com logo will appear on the club shirt for the next three seasons, commencing at the start of the 2006-2007 campaign.
Bet24.com first got involved with Rovers last year when they agreed a platinum sponsorship deal - stating the huge interest in Premiership football in Scandinavia as a key reason for the association.
Holger Kristiansen, the soccer-mad chief executive and founder of Nordic Betting, the parent company of Bet24.com, said "I was very keen to become involved with an English Premiership club and this is proving to be perfect business for us." said Holger.
Rovers chairman John Williams said: "We are delighted to announce this sponsorship deal which has been forged out of an already flourishing association with an existing partner."
