FORMER The Hollies guitarist Bernie Calvert will be among a group of musicians performing in Nelson for charity.
Glen South is staging his annual Burns' Night celebrations at the Good Night Club to raise cash for Reedley-based Pendleside Hospice.
And among those due to perform on stage with Glen are Bernie, former bass player of the 1960s legendary Manchester band, and Lee Fothergill, once in the band Sky.
The evening is at the Stanley Street club on Wednesday and will also feature comedy from Mike Farrell.
Glen, who has been performing charity concerts for over 20 years and for Pendleside Hospice for three years, said: "The event is a bit later this year but we would like as many people as possible to come.
"It is a bit of a get together and it raises a few quid for the hospice."
The evening starts at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £6 including a haggis, neeps and tatties supper and they are available from the hospice's reception in Colne Road or by contacting 01282 440100.
They are also available from Glen as well on 01282 865030.
