HYNDBURN Homes, the company set up to take control of all former council houses in Hyndburn, has pledged to improve the service it provides to tenants.
The announcement comes as the housing association moved into new offices this week, bringing 60 staff together under one roof for the first time.
The new office is in the Globe TMC Building, next to the Globe Centre, Scaitcliffe Street, Accrington.
Hyndburn Borough Council tenants last year voted to transfer their properties to Hyndburn Homes.
The switch is due to take place in the next few months.
Ken Bury, managing director of Hyndburn Homes, said: "There will be minimal disruption for tenants. We hope they will soon see an improved service."
When transfer takes place it will kick-start a five year £35million improvement programme to modern-ise homes with new windows, central heat-ing, kitchens and bathrooms.
