OUR passports are going to cost more from next month, what a Christmas present that is.

They are going up by 21 per cent from £42 to £51, so in two years the price has gone up by 48 per cent.

They say it's to pay for anti-fraud measures etc, but why did they put it up two years ago?

Was that not to pay for fraud measures?

The government will price out people trying to go abroad on holiday if this big rise goes ahead.

Just look at how much everything has gone up under this government since they came in eight years ago. It's about time that people stood up for themselves and told this government where to get off.
