A "RAGING" reveller who fractured a fellow clubber's jaw in a nightspot has been jailed for three years.
James Morris, 28, of Haslingden Road, Blackburn, punched Luck Rusyn twice in the town's Heaven and Hell Nightclub, Preston Crown Court was told.
Mr Rusyn had to have his jaw wired back together.
Morris was described by a witness as "raging" while he was inside the club in March this year.
Later, when Mr Rusyn and his girlfriend were in a car, Morris banged on the windows and warned about what would happen if police went to his house.
Morris had denied one charge of wounding and two of intimidation but was convicted by a jury following trial.
His barrister told the court the incident had not been premeditated.
Morris was described as a good and hard worker and was at low to medium risk of re-offending.
The judge, Recorder Howard Bentham QC, said the offences were serious.
