THE hypocritical nature of Britain's bosses is revealed in a survey of the annual reports of leading companies recently conducted by the TUC.

Whilst attacking the pension rights of their own employees and urging the government to take similar steps in relation to public sector workers, eight out of 10 company directors enjoy "final salary" pension schemes that allow them to retire at 60 on a full pension, on average worth 26 times more than most employees and 30 times more than public sector pensions.
