BURNLEY have again scrapped the controversial £3 ticket surcharge for this weekend's Championship fixture with Crewe Alexandra at Turf Moor.
An improved home attendance against Leicester City last weekend has prompted club chiefs to extend the experiment before deciding on its future.
Fans had originally voiced their concern at the policy, which raises the admission price of tickets by £3 in the three hours immediately prior to kick off.
'Discounted' tickets will therefore be available right up until 3pm on Saturday, while The Clarets Superstore will also be offering a 20 per cent discount on all replica shirts on the day.
In addition, tickets for the home clash with Watford on Saturday, December 17 are now on sale at £10 for adults and £5 for concessions in all areas.
